How will we store your information?

Information is stored in both paper and digital formats.

Information in paper format is stored in a locked cabinet when not in use.

Information in digital format is stored on password protected devices.

How long will we hold your information?

If we have provided services for you, for legal and tax reasons we will hold your information for a period of 7 years after the last contact with you.

If we have provided a quote, this will be held for 12 months after last contact with you.

At the end of these periods, digital information will be permanently deleted. Paper information will be destroyed by shredding.

You may request to view and/or amend any information we hold about you by contacting us via email. We will respond to your request within 14 days.

Should you wish for your data to be removed from our records, you should contact us by email. We will delete your data as soon as is practically possible whilst complying with the requirements in the previous section.
